Holi 2026

Holi is the exuberant celebration of colour, spring and togetherness, a festival that has always carried the spirit of renewal, friendship and the triumph of joy over division. Traditionally, families and communities gather to play with abir, share sweets, music and laughter, and leave everyday barriers behind for a few wonderfully colourful hours. At Hullor, Holi becomes a vibrant community celebration where that timeless spirit finds a new home in the UK. Children, parents, friends and generations come together through colour, music, dance, food and playful celebration, creating an atmosphere that is unmistakably festive and wonderfully inclusive. It is a chance to reconnect with familiar traditions, introduce younger generations to the Holi many of us grew up with, and invite friends from different backgrounds to experience its infectious warmth. At its heart, Hullor's Holi is about something wonderfully simple: celebrating life together, preferably while becoming completely unrecognisable beneath several layers of colour.
