Membership Terms and Conditions

Hullor offers three types of memberships to suit individual and family needs.

Individual Membership — Designed for one individual who wishes to enjoy Hullor's events, activities, and benefits. It allows full access to all Hullor-organised programmes throughout the year.

Couple Membership — Covers two adults. This is ideal for couples who want to participate in Hullor's events and activities together and enjoy exclusive membership privileges.

Family Membership — For families, including two adults and up to two children under the age of 12. It provides access to all Hullor events and activities, ensuring that the entire family can engage in our cultural and recreational programs. Additional children or adults must register separately.

Memberships are valid for one full calendar year from the date of registration. Once the membership term ends, it must be renewed to continue enjoying the benefits. Members will receive reminders about renewal deadlines via email or other communication channels. Non-renewal of membership will result in the termination of benefits.

Hullor membership provides access to a vibrant array of events and activities that celebrate Indian culture and foster community bonding.

Members receive exclusive updates, early access to event registrations, and discounts on event-related fees where applicable. They also enjoy a platform to connect and network with fellow members who share a love for Indian culture.

Membership is open to all individuals and families interested in Indian culture and community engagement. To apply, individuals must fill out the membership registration form and provide accurate information. Hullor reserves the right to approve or deny membership applications. Misrepresentation of information may result in termination of membership.

Memberships are strictly non-transferable and can only be used by the registered members. Benefits apply solely to the individuals listed during the registration process.

Members are expected to adhere to a code of conduct that fosters respect, inclusivity, and community spirit. Any form of harassment, misconduct, or disruptive behavior at Hullor events or activities will not be tolerated. Hullor reserves the right to suspend or terminate the membership of individuals who violate these guidelines.

Memberships can be canceled by submitting a written request to Hullor's management (hullorlondon@gmail.com). Refunds are not available unless explicitly approved by Hullor under exceptional circumstances, such as medical or personal emergencies. The decision to issue refunds will be made at the sole discretion of Hullor's management team.

Hullor reserves the right to update or amend these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be informed of such changes via email (hullorlondon@gmail.com) or other official communication channels. Continued use of the membership following any amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
